The huge limb from our nicest oak treeWe survived our HURRICATION, mostly hurricane with a little vacation. No power, almost survivorish. We are 3 weeks post IKE and doing great. The neighborhood is getting cleaned up and people on with their lives, kids back to school. It seems as if september just passed us over. Here are some of the pics for the fam and friends out of state, to see what it looked like. We love you and appreciate all of the prayers, help and support.

I don't know if I could get used to living with hurricanes. I grew up with earthquakes and I am way okay with that bless all those who live there! Glad to see things are getting better.
